1. How do I login to my purchased course?
Your login credentials will be emailed to the student email address provided within one (1) business day.
2. What happens if I purchase and can't find my login email?
The email to log in is coming from MyAgencyCampus. If you don't see it in your inbox please check your SPAM/Junk folders. If you still don't see it please email email@example.com.
3. How long do I have to complete my courses?
Subscriptions last four months from the purchase date. Also, once logged in, if you hover over your curriculum, the expire date will appear.
4. What are the courses like?
The courses are interactive, fully narrated, include knowledge checkpoints and a final assessment at the end. They can be accessed as many times as needed throughout the four month subscription. On average, each course within a curriculum is 25-30 minutes in length.
5. As their manager can I see their progress?
The student can provide a copy of their transcript. When they are logged in, click on the "Transcript" block. The transcript will appear. They can print the transcript, that option is located on the top right corner. Please see A Manager’s Guide to Promote Accountable Learning for more information.
6. Can I earn CE credits?
At this time some curriculums have been approved for Continuing Education credits in AR, MA, NC, KY, NJ, FL SD, NY, PA, TX, VA, AZ, ME, WI, CO, TN, VT, OK, KS. If you purchase a bundle for CE credit please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of completion. In this email please include your Full Name, Insurance License Number and National Producer Number.

8. Can I have an extension to finish my courses?
This learning system does not have the ability to give extensions so all course work will need to be completed within the 4-month timeline. We will grant requests for extensions due to illness or infirmity - please contact us to request and extension.
