1. How do I login to my purchased course?
Your login credentials will be emailed to the student email address provided within one (1) business day.
2. How long do I have to complete my courses?
Subscriptions last four months from the purchase date. Also, once logged in, if you hover over your curriculum, the expire date will appear.
3. What are the courses like?
The courses are interactive, fully narrated, include knowledge checkpoints and a final assessment at the end. They can be accessed as many times as needed throughout the four month subscription. On average, each course within a curriculum is 25-30 minutes in length.
4. As their manager can I see their progress?
Yes, as a manager you can use the student's login to access their transcript. When you're logged in, click on the "Transcript" block located at the top right corner of the screen. The transcript will appear. You can also print the transcript, that option is located on the top right corner.
5. Can I earn CE credits?
At this time some curriculums have been approved for Continuing Education credits in Oklahoma. If you purchase a bundle for CE credit please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of completion. In this email please include your Full Name, Insurance License Number and National Producer Number.

7. Can I have an extension to finish my courses?
This learning system does not have the ability to give extensions so all course work will need to be completed within the 4-month timeline. We will grant requests for extensions due to illness or infirmity - please contact us to request and extension.
